METRON DC provides every prospective user and organization with a 100% unrestricted 7-Day Free Trial ($0 USD, no credit card required) that unlocks all 15 metrology modules, 3D WebGL visualization, sample datasets, and AutoCAD .scr exports. This trial period is specifically designed so you can verify software performance, mathematical accuracy, and device compatibility on your own project data prior to purchasing a paid license.
Because full evaluation access is provided free of charge before purchase, all paid license purchases—including the Professional Monthly License ($99 USD), Annual License ($999 USD), and Lifetime License ($2,999 USD)—are 100% final, non-cancellable for cash back, and non-refundable the moment payment is completed. We do not issue full, partial, or pro-rated refunds for unused access time, early project completion, changes in project scope, or user billing errors. By completing checkout via Stripe, you expressly acknowledge and agree to this strict No-Refund Policy and waive any right to initiate a payment dispute or chargeback for delivered workstation access.

03 Subscription Renewal & Cancellation
Monthly ($99/mo) and Annual ($999/yr) licenses renew automatically through Stripe at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. You may cancel future renewals at any time by contacting our support team via the Contact Us page at least 24 hours before your next billing date. Cancellation stops future charges, and your account will remain 100% active until the expiration of your current paid duration.

METRON DC is architected to run 100% locally inside your web browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Firefox on Windows, macOS, and tablets). When you open or process survey coordinate files (.crd, .srv, .csv, .gsi, .sdr) or generate AutoCAD .scr scripts, all 64-bit spatial math executes in your local device memory. Your proprietary client survey coordinates are never uploaded to external servers or shared with third parties.
05 Single-Seat Usage & Account Security
Each METRON DC license is granted to one registered user email address for single-seat use. Sharing login credentials across multiple simultaneous users, departments, or external contractors is strictly prohibited. Accounts detected engaging in unauthorized credential sharing or automated scraping may be suspended without refund.
06 Engineering QA/QC Verification & Liability
METRON DC provides high-precision 64-bit mathematical algorithms (Quaternion SVD Spatial-Fit, Gauss-Newton Circle-Fit, ASME/API Flange ARF & OPCR, and Multi-Station Bundle-Fit). However, dimensional control surveying in offshore, marine, piping, and structural environments requires independent field verification. The licensed surveyor or certifying engineer remains solely responsible for verifying instrument calibration, prism constants, datum control, and final fabrication/rigging clearances.
METRON DC (Rev 1.4 and all subsequent revisions), including its original HTML5/WebGL source code, 64-bit mathematical engine, user interface, official tutorial manual, and 100% synthetic training datasets (MDC_01–MDC_16), is an independent, clean-room software suite developed from published public-domain mathematical literature (Kabsch/Horn SVD, Kåsa/Taubin/Gauss-Newton least-squares, and ASME B16.5 / API 6B standards) and is the exclusive intellectual property of METRON DC. METRON DC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or derived from any third-party legacy desktop survey software. Purchasing a license grants a time-based right to use the web application and does not transfer ownership of the underlying source code.
